University of Delaware: Strong Girl Workshop + Workout

For my 9th stop on the Strong Girl College Tour I headed to the University of Delaware to visit the Panhellenic community and lead a Strong Girl Workshop + Workout! We had so much fun! And they totally killed the workout! Woo! I am so in love with this campus! It’s everything I envisioned an East Coast campus to look like! So beautiful!

And, many thanks to Everyone Products for gifting all of the girls that attended the Strong Girl Workshop + Workout hand sanitizer! I’m obsessed with the smell and it’s so useful, especially when I’m traveling!
