Hi Strong Girls! What a crazy unprecedented time we are all living in right now. While all of our situations are unique, what unites us all is that we are all in this together. As we all adjust to our new normal and perhaps new everyday living, working and studying environments, I wanted to share with you a workout series I created a few years ago. Movement and exercise are so crucial to our well-being. And, now more than ever, incorporating movement and exercise into our lives can have a profound impact on how we cope and manage the new stressors we are all facing. Also, if you’re able to go outside in nature (given that you are healthy and it is safe for you to do so where you are), breathing in fresh air on a 20-minute walk can be really beneficial for both your mind and body.
