This past weekend, I had the amazing opportunity to visit and work with the Chapman Alpha Phi Chapter during their fall retreat in Big Bear, CA! The retreat was held in a big cabin by Big Bear Lake and we kicked off the weekend with the Strong Girl Workshop. We cozied up for 2 hours in the cabin’s living and dining room–yes, all 100 of us! 🙂 It was amazing and the workshop was filled with awesome moments of dancing, mantras and sharing between sisters! I’m honored I had the chance to spend time with the chapter members working on their personal goals and sharing tools to help them be Stronger, More Confident + Happier!
Thanks to Waiakea for providing water to keep us hydrated and Iconic Protein for the fuel to keep us going throughout the workshop! We also snacked on Go Raw Watermelon Seeds and delicious 18 Rabbits Granola! Spa Ritual gifted the women their “Strength” color vegan nail polish (so fitting!) from their 2016 Fall Collection and Everyone Products also gifted the women botanical spray hand sanitizer! One of my favorite natural and grass-fed whey protein powder companies, Bodylogix, was so kind to gift all the girls chocolate and vanilla protein packets, swag bags and shaker bottles! All the Phi’s also stocked up on COOLA Sunscreen, which was perfect for their outdoor activities throughout the weekend!
