In honor of St. Paddy (and yes, I had to look up St. Patty vs. St. Paddy), here are 2 Strong Girl Recipes for you–a juice for all of you juicers and a protein shake if you’re on the run!

St. Paddy’s Greens Juice:

Base: ½ Cup Coconut Water

Fruit:

  • ½ Granny Smith Apple
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 1 Kiwi

Veggie:

  • ½ Broccoli Head
  • 2 Celery Stalks

Greens:

  • Kale (Handful)
  • Spinach (Handful)
  • Parsley (As desired)

St. Paddy’s Green Protein Shake:

Base: ½ Cup Coconut Water

Fruit:

  • ¼ Granny Smith Apple
  • ¼ Cucumber
  • 1/2 Kiwi

Veggie:

  • 2 Small Broccoli Florets
  • ½ Celery Stalk

Greens:

  • Kale (Handful)
  • Spinach (Handful)
  • Parsley (As desired)

Protein: 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein Powder
