I love this recipe! I’ve been making mug cakes for a few years now and they never get old! They are delicious and so filling, too! They almost taste too good to be true. But nope, they are healthy, full of protein and very easy to make for a quick meal. Experiment in the kitchen to come up with your own recipe! Note that the consistency of the mug cake will depend on the type of protein powder you use. Also, microwave times will vary.

What is the chocolate powder you are using in the recipe? I’d love to try the product. Right now I’m just using Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder with recipes. It sounds like you’re saying Kapow powder. Thanks so much I can’t wait try it.

Thanks for commenting! Haha close! I use raw Cacao Powder! It’s less processed than Cocoa powder and has a lot of amazing minerals and nutrients. Let me know how it goes! xx
