Hey Strong Girls! Happy October! I can’t believe how fast September flew by! Now that you’re in the swing of a new school year or fall schedule, I encourage you to really stick to a workout plan this month! Setting the positive habits now (or keeping the ones you’ve been working on throughout summer!) will keep you strong as we enter the holiday season! I put together a new TSM Workout Playlist that I’ve been working out to all week! I love how upbeat it is and how it’s kept me going and helped me push through some tough leg days! 😉 The last 15 minutes-ish are great for a cooldown and an awesome tempo for a slow and controlled abs circuit!
