Hey Strong Girls! It’s my favorite time of year! I love the Holiday Season and the spirit of the Holidays! This year came and went so fast! It’s crazy to think we are entering 2017! I know December can be super hectic with finals, travel, holiday parties, Christmas shopping (it counts as cardio!) and family events. It’s so easy to skip workouts and eat all of the holiday cookies, but with a little self-control and time management you can stay on track with both your fitness and nutrition goals, while still enjoying the spirit of the season.
