I kicked off the beginning of this semester at AFLV in Indianapolis! It was so much fun to meet Strong Girls from the central region of the country and to see familiar faces and new friends! 🙂 I loved partnering with AFLV to lead my Strong Girl Workouts in the mornings, as well as my Strong Girl Workshop!
