A large aspect of what The Strong Movement stands for is building and creating a Strong Mind.  It’s also a topic that I regularly speak about.  Developing a growth mindset is extremely important if you want to stretch yourself to new levels and achieve all that you desire.  It’s very easy to become jaded overtime when things don’t seem to be working out your way or you’re not seeing improvement.  But, it’s about believing in yourself and being confident that you can accomplish your goals and be open to new opportunities in the process.

People with fixed mindsets may not even realize they are thinking a certain way or have a closed outlook.  So, it’s important to be introspective and aware of how your thoughts affect your beliefs about yourself and ultimately your actions.  Asking close friends or family about what they think about your attitude and outlook on life is a good place to start if you want to start changing your mindset.
